What do you get if you cross a Brownie and Christmas? A Brownie Yule Log of course! AND this Brownie Yule Log has it all. It has the gooey inside, the crunchy bits, and a chocolate filling.

There are a few different recipes out there on how to make a Brownie Yule Log. Some mix all the baked brownie up into a dough, but this type lose the crunchy bits, and they’re my favourite bits.

I made a video which I’ve posted over on YouTube showing exactly how to roll a Brownie. It’s actually incredibly easy to do once you know how.
