Coconut and Chocolate Cake Recipe

Delicious and moist. A flavour match made in heaven.

When I say Chocolate and Coconut, do you think of a Bounty Bar? Yes, me too.

BUT we need to get past that. Bounty Bars aren’t everyone’s favourite. In fact, if a Bounty was the last chocolate in the box I still wouldn’t each it – controversial I know!

Just know, this cake is NOTHING like a Bounty Bar. Except it does have both Chocolate and Coconut, which in this case tastes heavenly.

It’s loaded with both desiccated coconut for texture, and coconut milk for moisture and flavour. The chocolate flavour comes from actual chocolate which makes it extra indulgent. All slathered with a good coating of chocolate buttercream to finish.
