Cookies and Cream Cake is a great mix of chocolate sandwich biscuits (cookies), with rich creamy vanilla cake and buttercream. This is ideal for celebration cakes, and a great fun alternative for a wedding cake.
For the photos on this post I used Oreos (because they are more visible), but for My Cake Shed I use Bourbon Biscuits because they’re the classic British chocolate sandwich biscuit and have a sweeter flavour. Use Oreos if you’d prefer the darker colour and more bitter flavour of chocolate.
