Strawberry and Elderflower Cake Recipe
Summer has come early here, so it’s the perfect time to try a super summery Strawberry and Elderflower Cake recipe.
I’ve been promising this cake for quite a while, but I’ve been wanting to wait for summer to arrive. Summer is early here in the UK – which is making us all wonder if it’ll all be over by June. But anyway, I’m enjoying it while we can and getting in quick with one of the most summery recipes I’ve got.
Strawberry and Elderflower cake is a match made in heaven. I know elderflower was made very trendy paired with Lemon when Prince Harry got married. But having it with Strawberries, in my opinion, is a much better option.
